We have our Regional Office at Navi Mumbai, under the leadership of Senior Railway Experts.
Field of Services: The consultancy services offered includes Feasibility Study & Detailed Project Report, Preliminary & Detailed Design and Drawings, Planning & Procurement Services, Project Management Consultancy services, Independent Engineer/ Construction Supervision, Prebid /postbid Contractor Support Services including Design Engineering, Transaction Advisory Services, Third Party Inspection and Quality Audit, BOT Project and Programme Management and Business Consulting & Business Process re-engineering for the above verticals. PEMS have in its credit around 1000 kms consultancy projects under Road Sector, 1800 kms in Railway sector, and presently executing over 75 km tunnels in mountain terrains using conventional and observational method.
Board of Directors / Management: The Board of Directors of PEMS is constituted by Chairman Mr. B.B. Saran IRSE (Rtd) and other Directors are Mr. M. Padmakumar (Managing Director) and Mr. S. Viswanath (Dy. Managing Director). The Beneficial Ownership is the shareholders of the company. Rail Sector is headed by Mr. Anil Jain, Managing Director VCC & operation team is handed by Lt. Col (Rtd.) Mr. Vinod Shukla, Chief Executive Officer and Design Unit by Mr. A. Ajit. They are supported by Sector Heads and team of engineers / construction managers spread over the region / project offices. Regional Offices are in Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi with Project Offices at Hubli, Varanasi, Allahabad, Gaya, Mumbai, West Bengal, Manali, Jammu & Kashmir and an office in Dubai.
